Call for co-host: Knowledge Platform Annual Conference 2024 (KPAC24)

We have exciting news to share: we’re looking for a co-host for our Annual Conference 2024 in Senegal!

The Annual Conference 2024 (KPAC24), our flagship event, will take place in Dakar, Senegal, in October 2024. Dakar was selected as a hub where to hold an international dialogue among participants from fragile and conflict affected settings, with a special focus on participants from countries in the Sahel and Western Africa region.

We are now looking for a co-host organisation for KPAC24. At KPSRL we are committed to decolonizing development. As the Platform's Secretariat is based in the Hague, the Netherlands, partnering equitably with an organisation based in Senegal is a prerequisite for organising a successful, locally embedded conference in Dakar.

As a co-host, you will be involved in:

• Co-shaping the Conference programme, format, and schedule, and co-facilitating the Conference, offering you a platform to put your priorities on the agenda and to understand better the priorities and perspectives across the KPSRL network.
• Networking and engaging stakeholders and SROL organisations in Senegal, Sahel, Western Africa, and internationally.
