Prolonged pre-trial detention in Ukraine: Ways forward

The Ukrainian Bar Association and the Open Dialog Foundation developed recommendations for the Ukrainian state authorities regarding the right to reasonable terms of criminal proceedings. The wording of the recommendations allows for subsequent development, on their basis, of a draft law on amendments and additions to the Code of Criminal Procedure.
