PSDNetwork Yearplan 2010

The 2010 year plan of the Peace, Security and Development Network (PSD) includes a year plan for the overarching Network level. This plan includes goals, expected results, activities and means that focus on the connection between the working groups and the added value of the working group overarching level. This working agenda on overarching Network level is defined by the initial overall goals of the PSD Network, complemented by the recommendations from the 28 May ’09 Network conference and wishes expressed by the Network coordination group.

The third overall goal of the PSD Network is relevant here: ‘comprehensive approach, critical assessments, associated instruments that guarantee the necessary conflict-sensitive development approach, cooperation across different themes, comprehensive overview of the various aspects which need to be addressed in order to stimulate the realization of MDG
in Fragile States’.

Peace Security and Development Network 2010 

This publication is an outcome of the in 2008 established ‘Network for Peace, Security and Development’. The Network aims to
support and encourage the sharing of expertise and cooperation between the different Dutch sectors and organisations involved
in fragile states.
