This paper analyses the attempt by Tradepoint to set up a distribution centre in Kabul in 2006, in partnership with the Dutch Government Agency for International Business and Cooperation (EVD) and an Afghan company. The aim of this paper is to provide an insight into public-private cooperation (PPC).
