Results Framework Security & Rule of Law (Annual Plan 2020)

In the autumn of 2019, following both internal and external consultations, the Department for Stabilisation and Humanitarian Aid (DSH) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Netherlands) reviewed the indicators in the Security and Rule of Law Results Framework. The updated version is a simplification of the 2018 results framework and the revisions were mainly based on what was received in terms of results information over the last year. For example: various indicators that were not reported on by partners, mainly on 'societal change' level and outcome level, have been removed from the framework. With regard to the output indicators, the formulation has been refined and focused on broader indicators under which many results can be aggregated. The coming time, it will be a priority to develop methodological notes for these indicators.
