This learning paper was developed with the support of the Knowledge Platform Security & Rule of Law (KPSRL) as part of a project titled, “Putting localisation into practice - Unpacking the role of networking organisations in locally-led peacebuilding.” It draws on GPPAC’s 20 years of experience in exploring and strengthening the power of networks to meaningfully “shift from reaction to prevention.”
