Learning in Practice: Approaches and activities to organizational learning

This Scoping Study, conducted by Daniëlle de Winter of DBMresearch and commissioned by the Platform, was initiated to learn from existing platforms and to discover needs and approaches of member organizations of the Knowledge Platform. The focus of the study was to draw lessons regarding four principle aspects of a learning organization:

1) Accessing external learning;

2) Mechanisms for drawing conclusions;

3) Integrating learning into strategy and policy; and

4) Applying the learning.

The Scoping Study was conducted as part of the inception phase of the new Knowledge Platform, started in January 2017.
