Biography
Nathalie is the Director of the Amsterdam Law Hub at the University of Amsterdam, a creative space connecting academia and societal partners working on justice solutions. She is also the founder of SEMA, a social enterprise gathering citizen feedback data to improve public service delivery in East Africa. In Uganda, SEMA is the key partner of the Justice Law and Order Sector in measuring service satisfaction with police, courts, immigration and registration services to achieve SDG16. She is also a member of the Digital Human Rights Lab and a consultant on digital technologies and access to justice.
