
Biography
Linda B. Louis is a legal professional with expertise in international law, human rights, and the intersection of law and digital technologies. She holds an advanced LL.M from the Geneva Academy of Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, and has worked at the International Committee of the Red Cross, Internet Society and the International Criminal Court among others. She has since combined her passion for the rule of law with an interest in technology, and has carried out extensive research into discrimination and enhancing accountability in the public sector through technological avenues. She’s particularly interested in security sector reform and continues to work on issues relating to police accountability and implications for human rights.
