Coordinator of the Usalama Reforms Forum, am a world bank trained crime and violence prevention expert with 24 years’ experience in civil society. Is a visiting trainer at the Kenya School of Government Crime, Violence and Community Policing training Programme. A holder of Bachelor of Arts in International relations degree from United States International University-Africa. A member of African Elections Observation Network and Alliance for Finance Monitoring (ACfim) A member of the Police reforms working group with wide experience on legislative process on broader security sector reforms in Kenya and the Eastern Africa region. Has participated in the development of Police standing orders and review of the training curriculum for Kenya police and private security industry. Member of Board of International Code of Conduct Association and Board of Democracy Without Borders International
