Extensive experience growing social businesses into financial sustainability and measured impact. Raghda ElHalawany is a social entrepreneur and innovation champion who has dedicated her career to promoting peace and social change in her community and beyond. She is the Creative Director of MasterPeace and founder and CEO of match=me, one of the leading early-stage innovation identifier & incubator, with a focus on women and the 'global south' As the Creative Director of MasterPeace International, Raghda has helped to establish a number of innovative programs and initiatives that focus on youth development, community building, and social entrepreneurship. She has also played a key role in the organization's efforts to promote peace and reconciliation around the world, working closely with local partners to build networks of change agents who are dedicated to creating a more peaceful and just society. One of Raghda's most notable achievements has been her work with the MasterPeace Clubs program, which she helped to launch in 2013. The program provides young people with the opportunity to engage in social action projects that promote peace and social development, and has already reached more than 40,000 young people in over 30 countries around the world. Raghda is a strong advocate for social entrepreneurship and has been instrumental in promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within MasterPeace context and beyond. Raghda is a firm believer in the power of social innovation: and works to raise awareness about the importance of the positive impact that it can have on communities and society. Raghda is also a passionate advocate for peace and social change. She is a member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and has part of the prestigious EY Ripples - Impact entrepreneurship. Raghda's work has been recognized internationally, and she has received numerous awards and honors for her contributions to social entrepreneurship and peacebuilding.
