Roger El Khoury

Roger el Khoury holds a Master's Degree in Law. He is a Senior Justice Sector Advisor at The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL) and HiiL's Representative in the MENA Region.

He has over 20 years of professional work experience in the rule of law and justice innovation combining several leading roles at UNDP and the position of Executive Director at the Arab Center for the Rule of Law and Integrity (ACRLI). He organized and participated in international conferences, high-level multi-stakeholder dialogues, and Justice Innovation Labs.
